Andrea K. Baird joined the firm in 2007 as an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group.  Ms. Baird's practice focuses on all areas of real estate law, including assisting land owners in property development, contract negotiation, closing residential and commercial transactions, condominium and resort development, and secured transactions. She is a member of the Brunswick-Glynn County Bar Association, the Real Property Division of the State Bar of Georgia, and the State Bar of Florida. Ms. Baird is licensed to practice in both Georgia and Florida.

A native of Woodbine and a graduate of Camden County High School, Ms. Baird attended the University of Georgia, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law.  During law school, Ms. Baird served as a Guardian Ad Litem for Duval County. She was a Dean's Scholar and a member of the Executive Board of the Student Bar Association.

Ms. Baird is a member of the Brunswick Rotary Club and has been an active member of Woodbine United Methodist Church since 1982.
