Joseph Richard Greene, III practices in the firm’s Litigation group. Mr. Greene’s litigation practice focuses on all aspects of trial and negotiation, representing both corporations and individuals in an effort to efficiently and effectively resolve their legal disputes.
Mr. Greene earned his Juris Doctorate degree cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in Athens, Georgia. During law school, he served as an Editor for the Georgia Journal of Intellectual Property Law. Mr. Greene also received his Bachelor’s degree cum laude from the University of Georgia. He majored in Political Science and minored in Geography.
Mr. Greene served as an Operations Intelligence Soldier from 2002 to 2008 with the 116th Air Control Wing located at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Georgia. He graduated first in his class from Intelligence Training School at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, Texas. He also carries the distinction of being named an expert marksman. Mr. Greene deployed to the Middle East in support of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
Mr. Greene volunteers as an Ambassador for the Brunswick-Golden Isles Chamber of Commerce and as a Young Leader for the United Way of Coastal Georgia. He is a native of Warner Robins, Georgia.
