Associate - Jordan R. Parks is an associate with the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. As an associate in litigation, Jordan handles all aspects of civil, commercial and environmental litigation and is actively engaged in the all of the matters handled with the litigation department and many in the regulatory group as well.
Ms. Parks was born and raised in Americus, Georgia. After graduating from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science, magna cum laude, she attended the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor. As an undergraduate, Ms. Parks was a Vice-President and National Representative in her sorority, a member of the Phi Alpha Theta, Pi Sigma Alpha, and Pi Lambda Sigma honor societies, and a recipient of the Distinguished Undergraduate History Major Award in recognition of her thesis research. During her time at the University of Arkansas, Ms. Parks mentored first-year students, participated as a Pupil in the W.B. Putnam Inn of Court, and served as 3L Representative for the Animal Legal Defense Fund. Throughout law school, she focused her studies on Litigation and Legal Writing, gaining both experience as a Corporate Counsel Extern in J.B. Hunt Transport’s Litigation Department and skill as a Quarterfinalist in the Ben J. Altheimer Moot Court Competition.
Ms. Parks attends Wesley United Methodist Church at Frederica. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Auburn Tigers, painting, and spending time outdoors with her dachshund, Franklin “Frank” Furter.
